We’ve got cutlery if you’d like, but crumpets—with their crispy bottoms—aren’t the easiest to cut. Just like an English muffin or a bagel, they’re best picked up and enjoyed by hand!

Yes, crumpets are vegan!

In the shop, we toast and butter before adding the other toppings but can always omit the butter upon request to cater to vegan diets - just ask!

Some great vegan crumpets include our local strawberry or raspberry preserves, peanut butter, almond butter and the ever decadent maple butter.

We haven't perfected a gluten free recipe just yet but but we do have amazing groats, a favorite among regulars and staff.

Groats are minimally processed and packed with fiber and nutrients. We serve them warm with honey, currants, walnuts, brown sugar, and a splash of steamed milk.

We'd love to provide crumpets for your gathering! Crumpets are best enjoyed hot so best is to enjoy within 30 minutes of pickup OR to order packages of crumpets with toppings on the side. Set up a toaster or pop in the oven and make it a fun activity to butter and top your crumpets. Many will do this as a buffet style.
